Johnny Depp has directed a music promo for ‘Babybird’. The British Band ‘Babybird’ best known for their hit track, ‘You're Gorgeous’is the actor’s favourite band.

The buzz is that the actor was shooting the music promo in Hatfield House in Hertfordshire, 33 km north of London. The actor was sporting a beanie hat, heavy jacket and white-rimmed glasses for the promo.

Reportedly the video stars ‘Babybird’ lead singer Stephen Jones and "Snatch" actor Stephen Graham.

The 46-year-old ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star has always loved music and had admitted that he always wanted to sing a duet with Barry Manilow.

Depp also talked about his musical movie ‘Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street’ and said: "I don't think I would have attempted this kind of project with anyone but a director like Tim Burton. But if there's a chance of doing a duet with Barry Manilow now, then I'm in."

What next Depp? Directing a film, maybe.
