ReplyDeleteanted to kno about this drug ,
is it for H1n1 or any virus of influenza?
Everyone, you need to understand something basic here - this is to treat the swine flu/influenza if you already have it - it does not prevent it. Anti-viral drugs like these do not vaccinate the health, they treat the already ill. Don't take them and waste money if you don't have too. KH - Dubai.
ReplyDeletethis is not a new drug......
ReplyDeleteits been in market by the name of relenza by GSK....discovered by a group of scientists in australia around 1995 led by Prof. Mark von Iztstein.....check it on wikipedia....its is a golden standard among all drugs for sialidases inhibition...still effective against al kind of influenza viruses.
it was discovred in 1989 by biato an australian company then merged with gsk to get into market
ReplyDeleteits a neuroiminidase inhibitor used for all mtypes of flu symptons but not recommended for children
and now accounts for only 1% of market
