Gerard Butler’s mother doesn’t care if he’s a Hollywood star or not. She still makes him scrub the floor. Whenever the actor visits his parents in Glasgow, Scotland, his mother makes him help around the house and do his share of household chores.

The actor reveals that when he goes home for Christmas, his mom makes him wash the dishes or put them away when they’re done with Christmas dinner. Even though he pleads with her and tells her it’s embarrassing, she always wins out in the end and he ends up doing the chores.
