Iosis - Worst experience ever!
ReplyDeleteThe Shilpa Shetty - Kiran Bawa run spa Iosis at lokhandwala is a far cry from the claims made or the 3rd page pics splashed across local newspapers… Celebrity endorsed products advertised we all know are usually never used by themselves and one never really expects much from them. However Celebrity backed ventures are a totally diff ball game…
I went in for the annual membership (which costs a small fortune, mind u!) only to discover that there are never any appointments given to members!!!
When u call u are politely asked if u are a member and voila all of a sudden there are no available slots to accommodate u in… I then called and said I was a “non –member” and was quickly accommodated… Only to be called back in less than ten min and informed that there was a mistake on their part and there were no appts available but the girl who took them was new and hence the goof up…
This has happened to me itself on 4 DIFFERENT occasions!!!
Also if you specifically ask for services from one person u are dumped with someone else...
So now I have a annual membership, paid for in advance but am NEVER able to use it…. As they prefer to dupe fresh people under their membership scheme... Add to this bad service and u have yourself - Iosis!!!
Don’t say u weren’t warned!!!
