The Tiara Beauty Pageant Training Studio is run by Pageant Coach Ritika Ramtri Kumar who has trained several Femina Miss India, Gladrags Megamodel, and Haywards 5000 Mr. India, Grasim Mr. India, Gladrags Manhunt and Gladrags Megamodel winners. She is also the trainer of Miss Kerala 2008 and was the Country Head for Miss Intercontinental 2008. Ritika Ramtri Kumar has been in the training industry for more than twelve years .She was trained by the Apex Training Services which had collaborated with Tack Training, UK. She has helped many to lay the foundations of a new path. Methodology
The workshop will be based on the principles of experiential learning. Our workshops weave role-playing, interactive group activities, hands-on experiences, simulation activities, group discussions, visual aids, games, and quiz. The aim is to address problems, challenges and real-life situations with practical and concrete solutions. Our activities are designed to make learning easier for the participants by fostering interaction. They stimulate creative thinking, illustrate new concepts and challenge basic assumptions.

Pageant Coach Ritika Ramtri also trained last year's Pantaloons Femina Miss India East winner Pooja Chopra who later made it to Femina Miss India World 2009.Vijaya Dey also won Miss Body Beautiful and Miss Perfect 10, Sushrii Shriya Mishra won Miss Catwalk and Miss Talented and Unnati Davara won Miss Photogenic, Miss Beautiful Smile and Miss Elegant at Femina Miss India East 2010..This was indeed a back to back victory for The Tiara Pageant Training Studio which is located in Pune.

The Tiara had 5 selections in Mrs India 2010: Sapna Shah, Alka Duggal, Roseline Preshit, Bhagyashree Rao and Bhartee Gaur.
