Answer : Underdog from slum........ Slum + underdog = Slumdog!!!


A man who claims to fight for the rights of slum dwellers has filed a defamation case against music director AR Rahman and actor Anil Kapoor in a local court, alleging that the award winning film Slumdog Millionaire calls Indians dogs and slum-dwellers slum dogs.

    Slumdog is - gali ka kutta...

    "Dharavi, Asia's largest slum is located in central Mumbai and houses over 1 million people"
    - National Geographic.

    So, anybody would have called it slumdog...

    the director just meant - poor guy became millionaire...

    Can we fist reduce our slums... then ask people to change the movie names?

    en español se llamaria "Un muerto de hambre",un millonario muerto de hambre,y no el nomdre que se la da,como dicen un don nadie,pero como muerto de hambre suena ofencivo al igual que slumdog creo que seria esta.
