Shahid Kapur sure knows how to make his special guests happy. Recently he threw a surprise party for his choreographer, Marty who was going back to the US.

According to our source, "Shahid threw this party for Marty just to show his love and respect for his teacher and send him back with lots of good memories of the Yahoo cast and crew."

Ken Ghosh, director of the film, who was present at the party confirmed the story and said, "It was a great time for all of us. Marty choreographed two songs of Yahoo and we completed the second song two days before deadline. All of us were in a good mood.

Shahid invited Marty, his wife Nra (pronounced as Nura) and Marty's lead dancer Mike to the dinner party at a suburban lounge. We also took Jiah Khan along with us.

At the dinner we talked about Marty's life and his experience at Hollywood. He has choreographed for actors like Janet Jackson and Jennifer Lopez, so it was very interesting to know about how Hollywood celebrities conduct themselves.

We were surprised to know that in Hollywood one has to do their own work, for instance, a choreographer will just choreograph the song unlike India, where choreographer also arranges the camera angle.

Marty and his wife Nra, who is a costume designer at Hollywood, were surprised to know that in India films stars are adored and a cameraman at times act like an art director too."

Ken elaborated on his interaction with the choreographer and said, "We all know that Shahid is a good dancer but the dance that Marty taught is something very different.

In our song Marty used very intense dance actions. We also used a dance form called 'Krumping'. Marty was very impressed with Shahid's dancing skills. After the dinner, we went to see Marty and his troop off to the international airport, the next day. Marty became emotional and he actually had tears in his eyes."
