The dude's hair already looks like a million bucks -- and now the evil game show host from "Slumdog Millionaire" is making sure everybody in Hollywood knows he's frickin' rich, bitches.Anil Kapoor -- aka Indian Regis -- was on a mission to flex his wallet last night, rollin' up to the most expensive Chinese restaurant in town ... in the most expensive car in town -- a sick Rolls Royce Phantom.
