Photos of actress Jennifer Aniston, better known as Rachel Green in Friends are featured in a new 2009 calendar. In one of the photos, Aniston is depicted in a thin t-shirt standing under a waterfall with her breasts clearly exposed.

Aniston's rep stated that the rights to the calendar photos belong to the photographer and therefore the calendar may be illegal

Aniston has been involved in several photo scandals, the first being in December 2005 when a photographer took shots of the star sunbathing topless. Aniston filed suit against the photographer after the photos were featured in two adult magazines. In February 2007, blog site Perez Hilton was said to have posted a stolen racy photo of Aniston taken on the set of the film The Break-Up. Universal City Studios filed suit against the blogger for copyright infringement.
