The last time Hrithik smooched onscreen it created a big controversy. The liplock with Aishwarya Rai in Dhoom 2 not just stirred the moral police but also the Bachchans and got good audience for the film.

This time Hrithik Roshan has again engaged in the act with foreign actress Barbara Mori. However this time it was not the producer, director or even the script that demanded the smooch. It was the actress who insisted on the expression of love in a particular scene because she felt that would make the scene more authentic.

There was a stunt scene in Kites where both Hrithik and Barbara had to jump from a height. The stunt was dangerous and director Anurag Basu wanted the duo to kiss for the scene for a deeper impact. But Barbara suggested Hrithik to upgrade the kiss with a smooch which could lend more authenticity to their chemistry.

Hrithik thought for a while and soon agreed on grounds that in a real life scenario he would have surely smooched his love rather than just a peck on the cheek before indulging in a stunt like this.
