Riya sen:Look who’s cosying up!
The Caribbean theme at this fashionable do at JW Marriott on Friday was quite a hit, with men and women dressed up in colourful clothes.
The do, hosted by Sanjay Kapoor and Jean Keller saw a menswear fashion show which had all the women hooting and cheering! The ambient lighting recreated the tropical richness and vibrancy of the sun-kissed islands of the Caribbean. Making a finale entry with model Saahil Shroff were beauties Tara Sharma, Mandira Bedi and Simone Singh, all dressed in colourful creations. But it didn’t end with just that.
A rocking after-party with a Caribbean flavour followed, where the reggae, calypso, and conga music created the right mood for the evening. Seen having a good time was Riya Sen, who looked lovely in a white halter outfit. But everyone’s eyes were on the latest lovey-dovey couple in town — Kangana Ranaut and Adhyayan Suman — who cosied up for the shutterbugs!
Roopak Saluja gave wife Tara company while Fahad Samar came to be with wife Simone. Laila Khan Rajpal’s lost oodles of weights and she showed her curves in a see through black corset. Others seen having a good time were Raageshwari, Sudhanshu Pandey, Suvedh Lohia, Deepika Gehani, Ishita Arun, Ashish Raheja, Anushka Manchanda, Binal Trivedi and Carol Gracias amongst many more of Mumbai’s rocking people!
