Recently there were reports that Karisma Kapoor refused to shoot for Bunty Walia's Lamha because she did not want to shoot in Kashmir. Bipasha Basu was then offered the part and readily accepted it.

But friends of Karisma's divulge that it wasn't Kashmir that was the issue, but disorgansition coupled with family responsibilities. Rubbishing rumours, we were told, "Lolo was asked to do the film and she was always the first choice. In fact, the director and producers chased her for two months for her dates. She was interested but they were dilly-dallying about the exact schedule.

"Considering Lolo has a family and Samaira to look after, she cannot be waiting for the filmmakers to revert to her till the nth minute. In fact, every time her manager asked them for the exact dates and final schedule, they would go back and forth... Finally Lolo decided to opt out of the film," claims Karisma's friend.

This Lamha belongs to Bipasha then, we guess!
