Enthiram
The Shankar-Rajnikanth Tamil film Robot is now Enthiram. The film is said to be based on the popular writer, late Sujatha's novels En Iniya Iyanthira and Jeeno.
Superstar Rajnikanth [Images] had earlier announced that the film, produced by London-based Aingaran Films International (P) Ltd., would get a Tamil title soon. The title wasn't intended to get tax-exemption but to honour the Government of Tamil Nadu's commitment to patronise films with Tamil titles. Produced at a whopping budget of Rs 140 crore, the film is said to be the most expensive film to have been ever made in India in any language.
Three photo-shoots have been held to promote the film, including one that was shot in Hollywood last week. The shooting is expected to kick off in Brazil [Images] from September 6 onwards.
