We did hear about Priyadarshan's classic act Kanchivaram , that is to be screened at the Toronto Film festival. And while he is busy shooting with Shah Rukh Khan in a village titled Pollachi, news is that even Nanidta Das' film Firaaq will be screened at the mega-fest. It's a great time for India, what with Abhinav Bindra winning an Olympic Gold medal for the country, too. Actor Sanjay Suri, who stars in Firaaq tells us, "It's always a good feeling when your movie makes it to an international film fest, as it then is viewed by a diverse audience with different tastes. I'm happy for the entire cast and crew, as our hard work inches towards the first reward. And about Abhinav, well, more power to him. He has done India very proud! His achievement remains unparalleled." Well, let's hope for some unparalleled hungama in Toronto, too!
