So far, Mr Professional Aamir Khan has had ‘creative differences’ with his directors and producers. Looks like even actors have joined that list now. Dusky beauty Chitrangada Singh, who is making her comeback into Bollywood after a three-year hiatus, is one of them. Aamir approached the actress for the lead role opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Delhi Belly. However, Chitrangada turned down the offer as she had ‘creative differences’ with the makers. The actress reveals, “Sometimes you have creative differences with people. It’s not personal. Let’s not make it sound personal. Aamir Khan is probably the most credible and wonderful actor we have right now. I would love to work with him. However, this didn’t work out, that’s all.” While she conveniently avoided stating the problem, Chitrangada did speak about her intentions of making a comeback soon. Quite excited about her second innings, she disclosed why she took a break considering her debut Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi was much appreciated. “I wanted to spend time with my family. It took some time to realize how much I wanted to do cinema, as it is not an easy career. This profession is very demanding,” said Chitrangada. Remind her of allegations that her husband, renowned golfer Jyoti Randhawa, didn’t like her working in Bollywood and she retorts, “There’s no truth to this allegation. I want to clear this once and for all. I was married when I did my first film.” Well, so be it!
