Charmme is playing the main role, while Manjuna and Shashank are playing the other lead roles in 'Kavya's Diary' directed by VK Prakash and produced by Sanjay Swaroop on the banner ofIndira Productions. The film is getting ready for release on June 5. Speaking on the occasion, Manjula says, 'The entire film would have human relations in its backdrop. The audiences could find the other angle in the performance of Charmme. There won't be any similarities in her character that runs in the first and second halves of the movie. The audiences would be wondered at her performance and change in body language of Charmme. Another important point in the film is — What Kavya wrote in the diary and what happened after that. What were the repercussions of her writing is the crux of the movie. The film would mirror the taste of the present generation youth.' Camera is by Shyam Dutt, while music is by Madhu Rameshan.
