I HAD TOLD MANY TIMES.BUT NO ACTIONS HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE MANAGEMENT.THEY THINK WHAT THEY DO IS ALLRIGHT.THE MANAGEMENT TAKES FEEDBACK BUT THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING MY SUGGESTINS.IT SEEMS TO BE THAT THE MANAGEMENT IS ORGANISED BY THE UNSKILLED PEOPLE.
THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE.IT SHOULD NOT BE RIGID.
