Once Upon a Time in Mumbai
Ekta Kapoor, Ramesh Sippy (film head of Balaji) and Sunil Shetty will make a film on Mumbai's underworld, 1980s onwards.
Their earlier plans for a film on smuggler-turned-politician Haji Mastan have been shelved, following objections from his family.
The film will be directed by Milan Luthria and will be called Once Upon A Time In Mumbai. The film will have all major underworld players spanning the last two decades. Think Dawood Ibrahim, Abu Salem, Chhota Rajan, Chhota Shakeel and Arun Gawli.
